Your team can call, email, or log tickets as often as they need to. There is no hourly cap. Password resets, email issues, software problems, printer troubleshooting. All covered under your monthly fee. No per-ticket charges, no overage bills.
What is AppCare?
AppCare is CIO Tech’s managed application service. We take ownership of your line-of-business applications: frontline support for your staff, vendor escalation, update scheduling, integration maintenance, and user administration. Business includes AppCare for your two most critical apps. Need more? Additional apps can be added.
When should I upgrade to Dedicated?
When your business passes 50 users, or when you need a dedicated engineer who knows your environment inside out. Assured Dedicated adds a named engineer, business continuity planning, SLA dashboards, and executive-level reporting. It is a full IT department replacement.
