Everything in Business. Plus the executive layer.

At 50+ users, IT is a board-level function. You need dedicated resources, executive-grade reporting, and a continuity plan that has actually been tested. Dedicated delivers IT as a managed function of your business, not a vendor relationship.

Dedicated engineer

A named engineer assigned to your account. They know your environment, your team, your business applications, and your quirks. Not a rotating roster of strangers. One person who owns your IT.

SLA dashboards

Real-time visibility into service levels. Response times, resolution rates, ticket trends, and SLA compliance. Available on demand through the Client Command Center, not buried in a monthly PDF.

Executive reporting

Board-ready reports that cover IT performance, security posture, risk items, budget tracking, and forward planning. Written for executives and directors, not for engineers.

Business continuity planning

Beyond disaster recovery. A comprehensive plan that covers how your business keeps operating during a major IT incident. Failover procedures, communication plans, recovery priorities, and regular testing. Not a document that gathers dust.

Strategic IT roadmap

A 12-month IT plan aligned with your business objectives. Technology investments, infrastructure upgrades, security improvements, and budget forecasts. Reviewed quarterly and updated as your business evolves.

Quarterly business reviews

A structured face-to-face review every quarter. Performance against SLAs. Security posture progress. Roadmap updates. Budget alignment. Action items with deadlines. IT treated as a board-level function.

Dedicated includes everything from Assured Business: unlimited support, M365 hardening, AppCare, disaster recovery planning, plus the full Security Stack.

What your team actually gets day to day

Dedicated is not a helpdesk with a premium label. It is a complete IT function embedded in your business. Here is what that looks like in practice.

New starter and leaver management

When someone joins, their laptop, accounts, email, and application access are ready on day one. When someone leaves, their access is revoked the same day. No loose ends. No old accounts floating around.

Vendor management

We deal with your software vendors, ISP, printer company, and phone provider. When something is not working, we chase it. You do not spend your afternoon on hold with Telstra.

Project delivery

Office moves, cloud migrations, hardware rollouts, network upgrades. Dedicated clients get project planning and delivery as part of the relationship. We scope, plan, and execute, not just respond to tickets.

Compliance support

When your auditor, insurer, or regulator asks about your IT controls, we provide the documentation and evidence. Security policies, control registers, incident logs, and backup test records. Ready when you need them.

Dedicated vs hiring an internal IT team

At 50+ users, you might consider hiring an internal IT manager. Here is what that comparison looks like.

Hiring an IT manager

  • $120,000+ salary plus super, leave, and training
  • One person who takes holidays and gets sick
  • You still need to buy monitoring, EDR, and backup tools
  • Limited by one person’s skillset and availability

CIO Tech Assured: Dedicated

  • From $2,500/month. Predictable, all-inclusive.
  • A team behind the dedicated engineer. No single point of failure.
  • Full Security Stack, monitoring, and tools included.
  • Broad expertise across security, cloud, and infrastructure.

Questions about Assured Dedicated

Is the dedicated engineer on-site full time?
The frequency and structure of on-site visits is tailored to your business. Some Dedicated clients prefer a regular on-site schedule (for example, two days per week). Others rely on remote management with on-site visits as needed. We agree the arrangement during onboarding based on what your business actually requires.
What happens when the dedicated engineer is on leave?
There is always a team behind the dedicated engineer. When they are on leave, another engineer who has been briefed on your environment steps in. Your IT does not stop because one person is away. That is one of the key differences between a managed IT team and a single hire.
Can Dedicated work alongside an existing internal IT person?
Yes. Some organisations have an internal IT coordinator or systems administrator and use Dedicated as the escalation and strategic layer. We define clear responsibilities during onboarding so there is no overlap or confusion. Your internal person handles the day-to-day, and CIO Tech handles security, infrastructure, planning, and complex issues.
How is the $2,500/month pricing structured?
$2,500/month is the starting point for organisations with 50+ users. The exact price depends on your environment: number of users, devices, sites, applications, and complexity. We scope this during the IT Audit and provide a fixed monthly quote. No variable charges, no per-ticket fees.
